Sales Leads Coordinator

Wesgroup Equipment—one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies and a BC Top Employer—is looking for a Sale Leads Coordinator to help us connect customers with the right equipment solutions. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and energized by supporting sales success, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Manage inbound and outbound leads from intake to follow-up.
Deliver an excellent first impression via phone, email, and online chat.
Work closely with sales and marketing to assign, track, and optimize leads.
Use CRM tools to monitor pipeline activity and strengthen conversion performance.
Support outbound prospecting and marketing campaigns.
Maintain used equipment listings across company and third-party platforms.
What You Bring
2+ years in lead coordination, inside sales, or sales/marketing support.
Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Marketing or Business education is an asset.

Location & Schedule
On-site at our Surrey, BC head office. Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week.
